Garcia as the Chairman of the Board; Erlinda G. Garcia as treasurer; Cherry G. Padua, secretary; Paolo Romano Garcia, VP- Operations and Ramon Paolo Garcia as VP- Internal Affairs.  Other incorporators are Mr. David G. Doromal and Mary Joan B. Doromal.  The primary line of business of Makrolink Phils., Inc as reflected in its SEC registration is in hauling/trucking business.
